I have a keen interest in people. I speak several languages and have lived and worked in many different places. My services draw on these diverse experiences, as well as my many years of management work, my university training in coaching, organisational development and mediation, and my skills as a trainer.
My work is based on a deep understanding of how people behave in organisations, the dynamics that shape them and how individual and collective potential can be developed.
My approach to consulting is systemic, solution and resource focused. I always look at people in the context of their interactions with the organisation and their social environment. This holistic view is reflected in both my consulting and training work. By focusing on solutions and using the resources of all those involved, I enable you to find your own answers and develop new options for action. My aim is to use my expertise to support you in this process and to provide you with the tools you need.
For almost twenty years, I built up and led a department at the University of Zurich and was also active as president of national and international associations. Since 2013 I have been working as a coach and trainer (also at an international level). I hold university certificates in the fields of coaching, organisational development and mediation.
For many years, I have passionately engaged with people, spoken several languages, and lived and worked in various locations. My offerings integrate these diverse experiences, along with my extensive leadership work, competencies from university-level training in coaching, organizational development, and mediation, as well as my skills as a trainer.
In my free time, I like to pursue my various passions. Reading is one of them – all kinds of books in various languages. I also enjoy writing, whether it’s poetry or short texts that capture my thoughts and experiences.
Travelling and hiking are also among my interests, especially in Europe, though I also travel to other continents from time to time. These experiences not only broaden my horizons but also enrich my work.
Another passion of mine is singing, especially my own songs, which are a personal form of expression. All these interests reflect my curiosity, creativity and desire to discover new perspectives.
